The 2007 Parke County
Annual Meeting was held on January 23rd. The Award Presentations were
given for Man, Women, and Organization of the Year and Chamber Member of the
Year.

Chamber Networking at Noon - All chamber members and guests were invited to meet at Mario Brother's
Restaurant on Friday, April 20th. The speaker was County Commissioner Greg Harbison.

The Chamber sponsored a community food drive in April to benefit the Parke County Community Food Pantry. Here is
a picture of some of the food being delivered to the Food Pantry.

The All-American Little Miss and Mister Contest was held at the Parke County 4-H
Fair on July 14th. The Little Miss winner was Taylor Dugger and the Little Mister winner was Jasper Alward.. |

Breakfast on October 11, 2007.
The Bubble Gum Bed & Breakfast is located at 517 W. Ohio Street in Rockville.

The Parke County Chamber of Commerce would like to thank

a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, November 14 at the Country
Charmer Clothing Resale & Tan located east of Bellmore at 8580 E. US Hwy 36
between the Marathon and Roadhouse.

Networking @ Noon was held on Wed., Dec. 5, 2007 at the Parke Co. Learning Center on US 41.
Speakers were Mark Lacefield, INDOT; Dr. Steve Waltz, US 41 lighting committee
